Get to Know Jody
As our Client Service Coordinator for the Erie Office, Jody assists new clients with the opening and tracking of both investment and annuity accounts, assists current clients with any requests or issues they may have, and organizes client functions and events.
She has been in the financial services industry for over 9 years and enjoys the fact that every day is different and she’s always faced with new surprises. She also loves the interactions she’s able to have with clients and enjoys helping them resolve any issues or concerns they might have.
Her compassion, helpfulness, and friendly attitude are just some of the reasons why clients enjoy working with her at West Advisory Group.
Jody is very involved in her community and active in her faith. She volunteers at Springfield Service Circle, where she helps organize service and the Memorial Day Parade for veterans, plans trips for seniors at the Springfield Senior Center, and provides meals for families after memorial services through the Federated Church Funeral Dinner Ministry.
As if that’s not enough, Jody also uses her caring and helpful nature to help fundraise for Ladies Laboring for the Lord and is even a Civil War Reenactor through Weidrick’s Battery. Her faith and helping others is at the core of everything that she does.
